Packaging Material Guide
To maintain a consistent brand experience for our customers, all Partners are required to use official Miinto packaging materials when fulfilling orders. Below, you’ll find details on how these materials are charged and important compliance guidelines.
How is packaging material charged?
A deduction of €1.75 (or the equivalent in your local currency, based on current market rates available in the Help Center) will be applied for each accepted order.

Rejecting delivery or return packaging to Miinto⚠️
If you refuse the packaging material upon delivery or you decide to return materials to Miinto, additional freight-related deductions may apply.
Restricted Use
Miinto packaging materials are exclusively for fulfilling Miinto orders. Use for any other purpose violates our intellectual property rights, and the Contracting Partner will be held liable for such violations.
What If You Can’t Use the Packaging?
If you encounter any issues preventing you from using the official packaging, it is your responsibility to notify us immediately. Failure to inform us in a timely manner will result in the standard deduction being applied as usual.
